What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My current role as a product marketer for wireless Meraki IoT is to launch all the new products and software that our product teams develop. This involves creating a go-to-market plan.
We figure out how to bring these new products and software to market and identify the right audience. This includes creating messaging and positioning, and then developing a launch day plan.
When we want to make a big impact, we plan glitzy events like a launch video or a customer activation. We might also organize sales webinars or write blog posts as part of our strategy.
After a product or software launches, our role is to continue driving adoption. We aim to ensure all our customers, both existing and new, know about, love, buy, and use our offerings.
