People are the best and most challenging part of my role. HR's objective is to help facilitate a productive working environment for both the company and employees. People are at the root of all that.
At Precision, we've implemented the Gallup Strengths Finder assessment. We believe everyone comes to work with different backgrounds and talents. Understanding these talents or strengths fosters better collaboration, communication, and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
We empower managers to understand their employees' strengths, and vice versa. The ultimate goal is to help people focus on applying these insights to positively contribute to team dynamics and better achieve shared team goals.
We've taken a proactive approach to our biggest challenge, which is people. We acknowledge that we all come from diverse backgrounds and are hardwired to have natural strengths. We focus on growing those strengths and leveraging teammates' strengths rather than focusing on weaknesses, which ultimately provides the most ROI for a business.
