What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

I would say advocating for yourself is especially important. When I first joined, I was very hesitant and kind of shy to really put myself out there and network with people.

But it's super important to be able to talk about yourself and express yourself in the way you want to be seen. This way, people know that you're out there, that you're looking for work, and that this is something you want to do.
