What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

One thing I learned about this role as a CEO, and I wish someone had told me earlier, is just how essential networking and building connections are to success in the sports industry. Relationships matter a lot.

I realized that having a strong network can give you a lot of opportunities. You can talk to potential customers and really sign a deal.

If I had known this a little bit earlier, I would have started networking and building more connections sooner.
