As a founder and CEO, time management is really important, along with prioritization. You have a lot of things going on in your business, so you need to decide which is the most important thing to start with.

Besides that, you also need the skill for project management. You have many different projects running simultaneously. Business system development is one of them.

Sales is also another project. For me, customers are the biggest focus, as we have to be responsible for them. So, that's red software and a lot of things. I'd say time management, project management, and prioritization are key.
