What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
I think the most significant lesson I've learned is that I know a lot less than I think I do. Although I have a lot of experience and have learned a lot, there's so much more out there to learn.
Even with access to data 24/7 and the internet, you have to fail forward and try things to learn how to do them, or how not to do them. You actually learn a lot of indirect lessons just by being able to fail at something. Even if the failure isn't catastrophic, you can step back and learn how to do it better the next time.
