What did you do in college to set you up for success in your career?

From the time I was 15, I've pretty much always worked. I had a side job through high school, and I was a student worker in college.

I've always had one or two side hustles or ways of generating income in addition to my actual career. Especially with my family's needs right now, being used to that hustle is extremely important. That work ethic has stayed with me to this day.

I believe in working smarter, not harder. This is also a way that I successfully operate.

Figuring out ways to streamline and make things easier is important, not necessarily to cut corners. This helps set up for future success. Putting in a little time now means less work later. Having that mindset early on has helped me succeed in every avenue of my career.
