What do you enjoy most about being in the food and beverage industry?
What I enjoy the most, and I think most people enjoy, is the food and beverage industry. It's a consumer-facing energy.
I was working for Johnny Walker. The most enjoyable part was doing all the consumer-facing work. This ranged from developing creative assets like digital ads or commercials to working with agencies on interesting, fun consumer events.
Those parts were very fun, interesting, and enjoyable. Most importantly, you got to see the impact you were making on consumers. This could be through their social media behavior, like reposting, likes, or comments on your ads, or through feedback at events.
Being able to work on creative aspects and receive feedback, and to create an impact on consumers' daily lives, are the things I enjoy the most.
