What skills are most important for a job like yours?
I think there's probably equal parts creativity and strategy, plus being a people person. For creativity, you really need to be able to make things from scratch and see a bigger picture from what currently exists to where you want to be.
The strategy side requires keeping business goals and objectives in mind, which is the central line of truth. You need to truly understand these.
The people person aspect is important because this role touches every side of the business. You need to be able to work with different teams and ask for favors. They've got to say yes in a nice way.
So, enjoying working with people and being good at it is definitely top of mind as well.
