What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
In my current role, I started about 18 months ago. At that time, there were about 40-something employees, and now there are around 260.
Scaling within the role is probably the biggest challenge, especially when you are so passionate about the project. I think it's about maintaining that passion but balancing it with flexibility, being able to move with the flow of the company.
Often, the goalposts change naturally as a sign of a growing business, and priorities can shift. I think trying to maintain that passion for getting something done and out there, while also being flexible to move with the rest of the team.
