What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
I've never stopped learning. I've been in roles where things started to become repetitive, and I felt like I knew all the answers. When that happens, you can get lazy.
So, I think continuously challenging myself to grow and learn has been something that's driven me. I take on new roles, new teams, new projects, or new ideas because I want to learn.
This has really driven me to succeed because I'm hungry for knowledge. I'm always looking for opportunities to gain more. If you stop learning, you become complacent and stop growing.
