What entry-level positions are there in this field that an undergraduate college student might consider?

An area I've thought about hiring for in undergrad is research. I'm interested in new techniques, findings, and approaches to skill development.

There's a lot of opportunity to help create content and messaging. This includes building worksheets and presentations. Bringing a younger generation's viewpoint is also valuable.

This is what our generation thinks about or something we would love to learn. I think there's an opportunity to collaborate and brainstorm. You can produce materials, bring in research, data, and charts to help the coach and presenter.

I do a lot of keynote speeches and workshops. I prep the material and learn about the industry and techniques through this process.
