The ongoing challenge, as Shanna notes, lies in balancing these aspects, a common struggle for entrepreneurs constantly developing their services and promoting their expertise.

What does a day in the life of a CEO and founder look like?

It depends on the day. There's something really interesting about being an entrepreneur: the difference between working *on* your business and working *in* your business. I'm still working on this balance.

Working on the business involves getting new clients. This means a lot of networking, presenting to groups so they can learn about what I do and experience my services. It also includes having people interview me so they can hire me.

It’s about getting out there, promoting, and publicizing what I do on LinkedIn and other platforms. Then, I also have to build and present the content that I provide.

There’s a lot of development, marketing, strategy, creating materials, presenting, and coaching my clients. It's a mix, and what I have to get done depends on the day.
