What skills are most important for a job like yours?
I think organization, communication, and leadership skills are important. If you choose to work for yourself and go into an entrepreneurial role, that requires a lot of self-discipline, more than most other jobs.
Everything is really up to you, which has pros and cons. If you're not organized, can't communicate clearly, and don't have the desire to lead yourself, you might struggle to find success in a role like this that is so unstructured.
It's kind of an oxymoron, because structure actually allows for more flow. However, in this role, you have to be able to provide that structure for yourself.
