What skills are most important for a job like yours as a real estate agent?
Communication is probably the number one skill you can bring to this profession. As I was talking about earlier, it's customer service based, so we always have to be there for our clients.
Keeping clear lines of communication open is super important. There are constantly small fires to be putting out. Someone buying or selling a home is making one of the biggest transactions of their life.
We do it so often, we kind of forget how impactful it can be for someone. So, as long as we're in constant communication with our clients, making sure they're happy and their needs are met, with no surprises along the way, I can confidently say you'll be successful.
