What are your main responsibilities as a real estate agent?

That's a great question. As a real estate agent, we call ourselves jacks of all trades. We wear a lot of hats and it's really important to know a little bit about everything.

We have to be sales experts and marketing experts. Being social is also important, as you have to sell yourself.

I think in general, being on top of your own business and managing it well is key. In my opinion, customer service is the most important part of what we do.

It's about keeping clients happy and encouraging them to return. The biggest part of my business is referrals, which comes back to customer service. I want to treat my clients the best way I can to ensure they are happy, and that keeps my business moving forward.
