What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career as a real estate agent?

I think one of the most important things is to always be available. This isn't easy, but it's crucial to always be there for that phone call.

It's also important to show up in person and be there to help your clients. If you're not, somebody else will be.

If you're not boots on the ground, ready to sacrifice a little time at any point in the day for your clients, somebody else will be.
