What skills are most important for a job like yours?

I would say the most important skills are writing, definitely. You have to be able to put words together well and make sure they're clear and concise.

Anyone can plug something into ChatGPT, but it takes a human hand to ensure it's told in fewer words than ChatGPT might use and that it's effective and communicative. This leads to the second point: communication.

You have to communicate well with your project team and with the client. When you're presenting an idea, it shouldn't be a game of telephone where everyone misconstrues what you originally pitched, and the final project isn't your original idea. It's about ensuring that when you tell someone else, it matches what you have in your head.

The last one is pitching. This is also a facet of communication, but it's being able to stand in front of your client, be confident in what you're presenting, and tell them exactly why your idea is best for them to produce.
