What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
Time management is very important. I learned that as I started school and began working in the industry.
Before, when I cooked at home, my kitchen was always so busy. Everything was out on the counter.
But working in the industry taught me that I have to clean as I go. Otherwise, it's just going to be a mess.
Nobody wants to eat your food when they see your kitchen in that state. So, in general, it taught me to be organized. Being organized is very important in my industry.
