In my current role, my main responsibilities are to build or create learning opportunities for people. Then, I deploy them, whether it's online e-learning or trainer-led learning via Zoom or in person.
I also collect feedback on those trainings to ensure they were impactful to the audience. Then, I make changes for the future, assessing whether what we're doing is working. Finally, I make decisions to improve that process and experience for everyone.
