It's important to thrive in an environment where you enjoy communicating with people, as you'll always be talking to others. The industry moves very quickly, so you really have to be a sponge.

If someone says something, you need to be able to repeat it during a conversation and understand what it actually means. It's a lot of education, and as many books say, you must continuously educate yourself so you're not behind.
