What skills are most important for a job like Peers?
That's a good question. Patience is definitely something that a lot of people have to get used to. This is especially true when you're reaching out to someone you've never contacted before, someone who doesn't know you or the company.
You really have to be patient because they're likely receiving thousands of emails per week. So, how will you be able to stand out?
Secondly, you have to be eager and have grit. You must continuously motivate yourself, especially in a remote world. I work from my room or office every single day.
You have to be able to continuously motivate yourself and those around you. This ensures the core team is aiming toward the same goal, which is to grow the territory.
I think those are the key three things I look for when interviewing people. They're also the three key things I try to keep core to myself.
