Transcript

What entry-level positions are there in this field that an undergraduate college student might consider?

I think there are many coordinator positions, especially on the health administration side, looking at different departments or operations in general. There are either program coordinator or project coordinator positions, which are not necessarily manager roles but are very similar.

These roles involve coordinating many different pieces. Program coordinator positions are probably more prevalent and don't require as much experience. It's a good way to get your foot in the door.

Even if you're just navigating logistics for a program you're coordinating, you gain a lot of exposure. Once you get your foot in the door, it's easy to move up.
