What do you enjoy most about being a project manager?
The most exciting thing that drew me to the job in the first place is that when you're a project manager, you get to work on a lot of different things. I'm not stuck to one specific department or area; I can jump around and try different things to see what works and what doesn't.
Being able to see projects from start to finish in completely different areas gives you the opportunity to never get bored. It also means you're constantly meeting new people.
Relationship building is a huge skill you need in project management. Constantly building relationships, working on your skills, and learning new things are all important. For me, the most important thing is that I don't get bored, which is vital in a job.
