What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I run and deliver our three-week sales onboarding program called "Ready to Sell." My main job is to ensure our Account Executives (AEs) are set up for success and have the skills they need to hit their quota.
I deliver live training to groups ranging from 10 to 70 people at a time. I also make sure that on the backend, everything is set up for our incoming groups ahead of time so they have a smooth experience.
Finally, I ensure we have the right tracking and analytics in place to show that our onboarding program is driving positive impact, getting our AEs to productivity faster.
