What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
The thing I enjoy most is working with people who are excited to start a new job. Being in the onboarding side of training is really exciting because I work with people in the first three weeks of their new role. For the most part, people are really excited and happy to be starting a new job.
I feed off of their energy. I also love to see their success come to fruition down the road. For example, getting a message from an account executive I onboarded a couple months ago saying, "Hey, I used what I learned in onboarding and I closed this big deal." That feels really good.
By onboarding so many AEs, I've built a really big network. I think that's really valuable because I've had the chance to meet and work with a lot of people. As they go to different companies and industries, I still have that relationship, and it expands my network.
