What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My main responsibilities are on the leadership side. I help develop people and ensure they have clear expectations of what's expected of them daily.

I also encourage them to go above and beyond. Many customers have high expectations because we're in the business of shipping freight.

Imagine tracking your own package, but at a much larger scale with full containers of freight. There's a lot of urgency, and I try to keep the team motivated and calm, while they stay on top of their tasks.
