Generally, that might depend on the seniority of the role. But generally speaking, working well with others and as a team is very important.

Particularly in some of these big companies, there are large teams. You have to be able to advocate for your opinion, disagree respectfully, and still work with these people day to day. You can't be somebody who burns bridges, as that will end your career very quickly.
