I would say people who are able to pivot as soon as the opportunity arises. These are people who are able to be less stringent around how things are done because you have to be very flexible.
You have to understand what the client needs, and those needs change from one client to another. So, you just have to have a lot of flexibility in the way you think, and those people do really well.
