How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

People who thrive in this industry are on the pulse of things. They like to know what's going on, specific to either their clients or their brand. They really delve into the weeds of who their audiences are, what they like, and the behavior of their consumers and customers.

Everything across the board; they really like to have that "on the pulse" kind of information. They are also happy taking on a large volume of work.

I had mentioned agility; someone who's agile and nimble would definitely thrive. Someone who's extremely curious and also a team player would thrive.

I think you could say that about all industries, but marketing specifically has a lot of different partners involved depending on the project or campaign. Being able to be collaborative and get people to want to work with you to get a concept or activation live in market takes trust and relationship building. I think all of those are really important and describe people who would thrive in this industry.
