What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

I would say the two things I had said before are relationships matter and prioritizing relationships is really, really important. This starts with your manager and your immediate peers, right on your team.

Be there when your manager needs you, going above and beyond and showing that you are there to support them and the broader team. In addition to that, this also relates to clients.

Just show clients that you are there to support them through and through. I hope we are past the time of 24/7 agency support and needing to be at the helm of client emails. Showing interest and passion to support them is important.

The second thing is just being proud of your work and what you are contributing to the company and showcasing it. No one will know the work you do unless you talk about it. Obviously, don't do it in a haughty way, but in a very tasteful way, in the right medium and forum.

This is really important. It will go a long way for other people to advocate for you and help jumpstart your career.
