What is the biggest challenge within your current role?
The biggest challenge is that whatever you think you know is probably not what your client knows. Even though you're hired to strategize and advise, you have to be extremely adaptable to the culture of the environment you're serving and the people you're working with.
Expectations can change on a daily basis. Sometimes people are not easy to deal with, or they don't know how to communicate kindly or professionally.
While you have to advocate for yourself and the environment, things are always changing. You have to be able to change too, and sometimes bite the bullet or what you think would be the best idea. This is because it doesn't provide value or serve the client in the way that they want.
