What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
You don't have to be an extrovert to succeed. I'm definitely not.
The skill of getting onto the phones and actually talking to people can be terrifying for so many. These are all skills that can be developed. I don't think you're born naturally good at sales or recruiting.
Some people definitely are, don't get me wrong. But these are 100% skills that can be learned and developed. You don't have to be an extrovert to be very, very good and thrive in this industry.
