Q7: Favorite parts - industry
What do you enjoy most about being in your industry? I enjoy being in education. I think that's a huge thing for me.
Education is very important to students and families, and in different perspectives, right? Not everyone's going to college, but even, you know, tech style, or just going to certain programs.
For me, what I really enjoy is the tools and the perspective of education. The way it's been presented in the last few years has been kind of like a light switch.
It's allowed us to be a little bit more open at the university I'm at. We are Christian-based, so being able to talk to my students from that perspective and background has been a blessing.
It's allowed me to pray with my students and talk about pathways. Those are some things that I do appreciate. It's allowed me to be myself, right? Those are some things I really enjoy about the industry I'm in.
