What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My main responsibilities as a manager, from a delivery standpoint, are to oversee the work efforts of the seniors and staff below me. I have junior resources within each project that I manage.
From a delivery standpoint, in terms of the technical side of the role, I work with my senior leaders and the senior leaders of the clients to evaluate the problems they are having in their supply chain. We come up with recommendations and support them through the implementation process.
