What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant?
I think the knowledge that you're really never done learning. Whether that's in a formal class, or what you learn from talking with an individual or their family, or from talking with supervisors or undergrads, you can really never close that door.
I think that's how people who are really skilled in this field stay open and relevant in what they're doing. It's so important to be able to say, "I don't know. Let me look that up."
So, I think to have that knowledge that I don't know everything, and that is okay, and I'll find that answer. I think that's so, so important.
