Transcript

What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I've transitioned into a partnership role. In my previous sales positions, like being an account executive, my focus was on conducting product demos and closing deals for new revenue.

My current role involves identifying organizations that can serve as an additional lead and revenue source for my company, Paradigm. This might mean finding a company with a similar customer base to ours, where we can build out a referral agreement or program.

This allows us to mutually refer clients to one another. We can also incorporate components like revenue sharing. If I share a lead that closes, we could receive compensation.

This can also involve joint marketing initiatives, collaborating on case studies and webinars, and exploring lead generation opportunities. We aim to generate leads we might not have otherwise by partnering with other organizations.

This is a newer role for me at the company. Much of my focus is on outbound outreach and researching potential partner organizations. I also work closely with internal stakeholders to develop various partnership models.

Ultimately, the goal is to identify and secure agreements with desired partners for our network.
