What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My current role has threefold main responsibilities. The first part involves working with clients and organizations to consult on immediate and future project requirements. I help them build out their job descriptions and identify their future talent needs.

This also includes providing services like candidate market mapping to discover where specific skills will come from. Additionally, I strategize with them on future requirements aligned with their business strategy.

The second part focuses on candidate management and experience. This means building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the hiring and interview process, negotiating offers, and helping them transition into new roles.

It's also about being a trusted advisor and soundboard for candidates as they navigate their hiring processes, whether for an immediate need or general career advice.

The third area is representing the brand to potential new clients in business development. This involves positioning us as niche experts in the field. We offer excellent advice to candidates on navigating the market and ask the right questions to build strategies for our clients.
