What are your main responsibilities as a startup executive?

One of the main things I need to do is leadership and overseeing the team. As a startup executive, you work with other people in the C-suite and with the CEO.

A lot of my work involved fundraising. I had to manage the team, keep the business going, and ensure we were able to bring in revenue and keep costs down.

This meant spending a lot of time reviewing the P&L statement. I looked for ways to cut costs or enhance operations to optimize our spending.

I also focused on the revenue side, considering sales and marketing strategies to increase income. There's a lot of innovation involved, which is always exciting.

We ran many marketing campaigns and experiments on both the sales and marketing sides. We iterated through testing to make our growth channels more successful.

This helped us bring in the revenue we needed. A lot of it boils down to looking at the company's overall health.

I determined whether costs or revenue needed more attention. Then, I helped create the strategy and directed the team to execute it. This aimed to create a more successful future for the company.
