What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I'm primarily in a sales and client servicing role. I'm a Business Development Representative for our firm, and my main responsibility is to create business opportunities.
A lot of what I do involves prospecting. I work with an institutional client base, including pension plans, endowments, foundations, and health systems. Essentially, we're trying to create partnerships between our firm and these clients.
This involves prospect relationship management and development over time, starting from nothing and building something. Ultimately, we want this audience to invest with us and manage those relationships all the way through. That's a quick snapshot of what I do daily: creating enduring partnerships between our client base and our investment firm.
