What have you learned about this role that you wish somebody would've told you before you entered the industry?
I wish I had felt more comfortable earlier in my career speaking up and making my voice heard. When you're more junior in an organization, you might feel you don't have enough experience to have a valid opinion.
However, I've found that most senior team members really do want to hear from you and value your input. It's important to feel empowered to contribute, regardless of your title or how junior you are on the team.
I think it's important to express your thoughts and opinions.
