What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

Artists and creatives are really fun to work with. They have ideas that always push what you think and how you understand the world. I love that constant challenge of working with artists and being able to see something new, where every day you're walking by seeing the same thing, and all of a sudden you're being asked to see it completely differently. I think that's one of the biggest joys of working in the arts.

Because I'm working in the arts in a university setting, which is my preference, I love being around people that research different things and care about different things. So, the combination of working with artists, with different faculty members who are looking at things in completely different ways than I could, and then of course working with students is all just this amazing combination. It's like learning every day.
