What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I'm really lucky that I think I enjoy almost everything about my role. I really love working with artists, and I also really love working with students.
We have 19 students, staff, and people at the institute. I also teach, not very often, but usually one class a year. I really enjoy that part of it.
I love thinking about art as a way of teaching and learning that's different from other ways we encounter information. It has more emotional resonance and connects with the way our sensory units work.
So, I really like the fact that I get to do both amazing public-facing things and also this really intimate teaching.
