What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My responsibilities include media buying and overseeing the media buying team. I also oversee the associate director of affiliate relationships.

This involves third-party buyers purchasing services to drive inbound calls, warm transfers, traffic, or to a landing page. I also focus on conversion rate optimization, guiding the teams and ensuring we have the right technology for our marketing department.

Additionally, I handle marketing operations, including lead routing and monitoring team performance. Currently, I'm also involved in data and analytics.

This means tracking lead creation per sales rep, ensuring leads are followed up on, and monitoring touch points. It also covers lead nurturing for those who don't close on the first contact, which involves copywriting and deployment best practices.

Regarding SMS, there's a compliance aspect, ensuring we adhere to the Telecommunications Consumer Protection Act. This means not dialing within certain hours or a certain number of times per day. We also ensure our Fair Credit Reporting Act is followed.

There are many different components to this role, and I also manage ad hoc projects as they arise.
