What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
At this point, no two days are the same. You can tackle the same problem on different days, but usually for different reasons driving it. Performance may be down, and you have to figure out why that is, and the team has to figure out why that is. So that's probably one of the biggest things I enjoy at this point.
I have had other jobs where you knew what you were doing each day of the week. Monday you looked at performance, Tuesday you built reports, Wednesday you presented those reports, and Thursday you did some test generation. Then Friday you would probably just do certain maintenance pieces on the accounts.
That started to be a little more difficult for my mind to continue to engage with. But with this, every day is different at this point, and I love that challenge each and every day to keep my mind engaged.
