What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
Wow. The biggest question I think I enjoy most about the industry is ultimately that it is about helping people improve performance. This improvement can be about different skills, different behaviors, or thinking differently with a new mindset.
It is about change, forward movement, and momentum. We do a lot of work in mental health and wellbeing, and also in the environment. When we piece together what training and development can do in those arenas, we can really maximize our impact.
It's not just about doing a mundane, straightforward task a little bit better. It's about those things that can be ultimately transformational. That's what I love most about the industry – that we have that opportunity.
