What did you do in undergrad that set you up for success in your career?

For my undergraduate studies, I worked in retail at Tesco's. I worked long hours and was part of a team, eventually leading one. I also interacted with customers.

I believe these experiences significantly shaped what came later, especially concerning people. If you're still at university, I recommend getting a part-time job that involves working with people.

If you're unsure what to do, seek out something that puts you in contact with others. This builds emotional intelligence. You learn about yourself, your motivations, and how to manage yourself.
