What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

A couple of things. First, I talk a lot about software. I've met with over a hundred CEOs of early-stage companies, and that's one of my favorite things to do.

I love getting to talk to them, see what they've built, and hear their stories and passion. I talk a lot about software in the FP&A space.

In addition to that, I really enjoy training people. When I get an email saying my training helped them save time or learn something new, that's always so rewarding.

The podcast has a similar effect. I also love talking to people all over the world and meeting so many different individuals.

Today, I spoke with someone from Europe. This morning, I did a podcast with someone from Germany, and I just got off a call with someone from Canada. I'm in the US.

I love the opportunity to connect with people globally, hear their stories, and share them in ways that can help others in their careers.
