What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
That's a good question. As a project manager, for one, we had a really small team. The company was founded around 2008, but the US operations team, when I joined, I was employee number six.
In the beginning, we wore a lot of different hats. My main responsibility was that once our sales team landed clients, that account would get passed over to our department, project management.
Our responsibility is pretty much anywhere from collecting the requirements to procuring and coordinating with our internal teams so that we have all the deliverables to installation. This includes handing off and training the team staff. That entire process, our team, or essentially one of the project managers, is entirely responsible for managing and running.
