What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge we face is simply time. We are in an industry where there is always more to be done, and not enough time to do it.
It's a constant back and forth of trying to accomplish as much as possible in the time we have. This is especially true in the current context of a teacher shortage.
Sometimes we feel the effects if we have to cover classes because we don't have enough substitutes. That is also a reality and a challenge for us.
